One of the nice things about being overseas is that we often benefit from USO tours and other concert opportunities where American singers are overseas on tour. Here, Leann Rimes came out for a one night concert at Ramstein AB. Though she was having problems with her voice, in spite of doctor's recommendations, she came out for about an hour.
